纲手对鸣人的惩罚 - 当地时间联合国维和人员在黎巴嫩南部执行巡逻任务时，遭到武装分子三次袭击。综合《中东报》《以色列时报》等媒体消息，联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队15日发表声明表示，其“维和人员在黎南部亚特尔、代尔基法和盖拉维亚的基地附近巡逻时三次遭到枪击，而枪击事件很可能由非国家武装团体实施”。联黎部队方面称，两支巡逻队“出于自卫需要”进行了还击，交火结束后，维和人员恢复其原定的活动任务，所幸上述三次袭击未造成人员伤亡。联黎部队在声明中表示，在联黎部队行动区域内存在不受国家管控的武器，且以执行安理会授权任务的维和人员为攻击目标是不可接受的，任何对维和人员和观察员的攻击“都构成对国际人道主义法和联合国安理会第1701号决议的严重违反，并可能构成战争罪”。
