免费观看爱爱视频 - 据韩媒 Business Korea 昨天报道，三星电子计划在下一代 HBM 芯片中应用 2nm 制程工艺，免费观看爱爱视频竞争力的同时紧密结合内存制造、半导体代工能力。从原理层面讲，HBM 由 core die 和 base die 组成，前者是垂直堆叠的 DRAM，后者则是起控制器作用。为了提升 HBM4 的性能，三星电子已经找到三星晶圆代工部门生产 4nm 工艺 base die，并结合了最先进的 1c DRAM（第六代 10nm 工艺），成功领先采用台积电 12nm 工艺的 SK 海力士。在 HBM3E 之前，base die 只负责较为简单的控制功能，但从 HBM4 时代开始，它需要直接处理部分计算任务，逻辑电路功能得到加强，重要性显著提升。行业人士透露，三星正在为第七代 HBM（HBM4E）的 base die 评估 2nm 制程工艺。半导体行业预计，从 HBM4E 开始，面向客户定制的 HBM 芯片将正式出现，其中三星计划年中发布标准版 HBM4E，下半年则根据客户安排为定制产品进行首次 tape-in（IT之家注：流片）。
